The images are analyzed by a third-party AI that interprets signs of emotional or physical states - like stress, happiness, pain, curiosity, or contentment. Based on this, we give you insights into how your pet might be feeling in the moment and what they need.

Yes! Scans are completely non-invasive and only require your phone’s camera - no harsh lights, noises, or physical interaction. Furlingo is designed to be gentle and stress-free for your pet.

Furlingo uses AI to interpret your pet’s expressions and behavior from the images you capture. While it’s a powerful tool and only getting better everyday, it's not perfect and shouldn't replace veterinary care. Think of it as a helpful window into your pet’s possible mood and health trends - not a diagnosis.

Furlingo is a paid service. We offer three subscription options: Weekly, Monthly, and Annual - all of which give you access to scans, tracking, insights, personalized recommendations, and more. Manage your subscription anytime in your device settings.

Yes! You can change or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

We only collect data that you choose to save. This includes your pet’s scanned images and the results of those scans. When you sign up, we also collect your first name, last name, and email address. If you use the “Ask Furlingo” feature, we store the questions you input to help improve future responses. We do not collect or store video, microphone data, or anything else without your consent.
